Responsibilities:
Handling HR matters including payroll, leave, CPF, ICA Visa, Work Permit, SPass and EP online application and renewal, etc.
Calculate work cards and pay on site
Handing work injury compensation claim
Ensure company meets the legal compliance required of the business like insurances, road taxes for company’s vehicles, operating licenses, etc.
Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
In charge general administrative duties
Handling incoming calls, screening and transferring calls to appropriate person
Receive guests & courier services and handle general enquiries
Assist in the daily incoming mail collection and mail despatch arrangement
Ordering and taking stock of office stationery, beverages for pantry, etc
Manage flight booking
Monitoring and updating workers dormitory
Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast paced environment
Other ad-hoc duties assigned by superior
Requirements:
Minimum O Level / A Level / Diploma / Degree
Min 3 to 5 years working experience in Construction Industry
Good Communication and writing skills
Able to communicate effectively in English and Mandarin (In order to liaise with Mandarin speaking associate)
Proficient in MS office
Good knowledge of Employment Act
Able to commit to work within short notice period will be advantage
Able to start work immediately
Mature, independent and responsible personality
