Responsibilities:

  • Handling HR matters including payroll, leave, CPF, ICA Visa, Work Permit, SPass and EP online application and renewal, etc.

  • Calculate work cards and pay on site

  • Handing work injury compensation claim

  • Ensure company meets the legal compliance required of the business like insurances, road taxes for company’s vehicles, operating licenses, etc.

  • Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

  • In charge general administrative duties

  • Handling incoming calls, screening and transferring calls to appropriate person

  • Receive guests & courier services and handle general enquiries

  • Assist in the daily incoming mail collection and mail despatch arrangement

  • Ordering and taking stock of office stationery, beverages for pantry, etc

  • Manage flight booking

  • Monitoring and updating workers dormitory

  • Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast paced environment

  • Other ad-hoc duties assigned by superior

Requirements:

  • Minimum O Level / A Level / Diploma / Degree

  • Min 3 to 5 years working experience in Construction Industry

  • Good Communication and writing skills

  • Able to communicate effectively in English and Mandarin (In order to liaise with Mandarin speaking associate)

  • Proficient in MS office

  • Good knowledge of Employment Act

  • Able to commit to work within short notice period will be advantage

  • Able to start work immediately

  • Mature, independent and responsible personality
